Here in Erlangen, Germany, July is supposed to be the hottest month. The average temperature is supposed to be 74 °F. This was going to be one good thing about living here -- escaping the hot summers.Wrong! The average temperature has been 84 °F this month with multiple days in the 90s. Oh yeah, and that's without air conditioning!!! Give me 100 °F Atlanta summers any day in a house with the AC set for 72 °F.

Ouch, thats hot. Drink lots of water and buy some fans.
So...having such hot weather should make you, a Georgia girl, feel right at home, huh?! I know it's no consolation, but it looks like the whole world is having higher than normal summer temperatures.....
